21000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services offered by the 21000 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 21000 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the 21000 platform, you expressly or implicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and must not proceed with registration or use of our services. 21000 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Age requirement: Use of the 21000 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be held by an underage individual.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Submitting false information is a serious breach of these Terms.
- Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly the phone number and email address used for account verification.
- 21000 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
Security & Password
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials.
- Any activity carried out through your account is considered authorised by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the 21000 support team.
- You are advised not to share your password with anyone, including family members. 21000 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to user negligence.
- Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
21000 platform users agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation from 21000.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity fraud, or illegal activity while using the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations or security of the 21000 platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through illegitimate means, including coordinating across multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful through the platform.
21000 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of a violation, including freezing funds while an investigation is ongoing.
Payment & Transaction Details in MYR
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 21000 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and account balances — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied when using supported local payment methods.
The platform accepts deposits via supported local payment methods including bank transfers through FPX, e-wallets, and other methods that may be added from time to time. The latest list of accepted payment methods can be found in the deposit section of your account.
All withdrawals are subject to an identity verification (KYC) process that may require supporting documents. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. 21000 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of the Terms.
Key Transaction Information
- Deposited funds do not earn interest.
- Rollover requirements may apply before bonus withdrawals are permitted — please review each promotion's terms in detail.
- The platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processing, such as banks or e-wallet operators.
- Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Funds already used in gameplay cannot be refunded on the basis of a change of mind.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 21000 platform — including logos, text, images, interface designs, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 21000 or our licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 21000. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
Third-Party Links & External Services
The 21000 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 21000 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access such links at their own risk and are advised to review the relevant third-party policies before providing any personal information.
Account Policy, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
21000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if any of the Terms in this document are violated. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, identity fraud, use of multiple accounts, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 21000 support team. Voluntary closure is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and fulfilment of any conditions relating to the account balance and active bonuses.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
21000 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before taking legal action.
